What You'll Do

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, taking vital signs and updating medical histories in our EHR system.

• Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

• Perform basic lab tests, collect specimens, and Manage patient flow by coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.

• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure a clean, organized, and ready-to-use environment.

• Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and healthy lifestyle practices.

What You'll Bring

• 2 Years Medical Experience
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CMA, RMA, or equivalent certification preferred).

• Strong communication skills and a warm, empathetic approach to patient care.

• Proficiency with electronic health records, experience with Epic EHR is a plus.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining attention to detail.

• A collaborative spirit and a commitment to supporting both patients and colleagues.
