Job Description

Revenue Enablement Manager - GTM Transformation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager – GTM Transformation based in the United States.

This role leads strategic initiatives designed to transform how global Go-to-Market teams sell, execute, and engage with customers. You will own the design, implementation, adoption, and long-term sustainment of major GTM transformation programs, including revenue technology, sales methodology, workflows, and operating practices. The position combines strategic enablement leadership with hands-on change management and execution. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, IT, and executive stakeholders to translate business strategy into repeatable behaviors and measurable outcomes. A key focus will be improving adoption of revenue intelligence systems and strengthening value-based selling practices. Success will be measured through sustained behavior change, stronger execution quality, improved deal and pipeline health, and measurable revenue performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary owner for key GTM transformation initiatives focused on improving how sales and customer-facing teams execute, sell, and engage with customers.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue leadership to define transformation priorities, execution standards, success metrics, and operating expectations.
  • Translate business strategy into practical changes in seller behaviors, execution models, sales methodology, and frontline manager operating practices.
  • Design and lead structured change-management programs that support the implementation, adoption, and long-term sustainment of GTM transformation initiatives.
  • Drive adoption through reinforcement strategies, manager enablement, communications, operating mechanisms, and practical support, while proactively identifying resistance, risks, and adoption barriers.
  • Equip frontline managers with tools, frameworks, and coaching mechanisms that enable them to reinforce methodology usage across deal reviews, pipeline management, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Develop and maintain enablement assets, messaging, and learning experiences that consistently reinforce value-based and consultative selling behaviors.
  • Identify friction, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies across sales workflows and processes, partnering with Revenue Operations and IT/CRM teams to improve workflows, inspection points, systems, and operating rhythms.
  • Ensure technology, processes, and tools reinforce effective selling behaviors and support sustained methodology adoption.
  • Define leading and lagging indicators for adoption, behavior change, execution quality, and business impact, using performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Own the global implementation, adoption, and ongoing evolution of the core sales methodology, establishing clear standards across roles, segments, and deal types.
  • Use seller feedback, business requirements, and performance insights to continuously improve methodology execution, enablement programs, workflows, and transformation initiatives.
  • Help establish enablement as a strategic contributor to sales effectiveness and revenue performance by connecting execution improvements to measurable business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a closely related function, with a strong focus on sales execution, discipline, and technology adoption.
  • Proven experience implementing and launching revenue technology such as Conversation Intelligence, Forecasting, and Content Management platforms, including tools such as Gong, Clari, Highspot, or Seismic.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and sustaining sales methodologies or broader GTM transformation initiatives that produce measurable changes in behavior and execution.
  • Deep understanding of value-based and consultative selling approaches and the ability to translate methodology into practical seller and manager behaviors.
  • Experience leading global, multi-region enablement or GTM transformation programs involving multiple teams, markets, and stakeholders.
  • Strong program leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives, dependencies, competing priorities, and cross-functional relationships.
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while taking ownership of initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without relying on direct reporting authority.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect enablement, adoption, workflow, and execution improvements to measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and create alignment across functions.
  • Strong change-management mindset with the ability to identify adoption barriers, develop mitigation strategies, and sustain new behaviors over time.
Benefits:
  • Estimated annual salary range of $115,000–$125,000 USD, with offers tailored based on experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other relevant factors.
  • Eligibility for competitive and flexible paid time off.
  • 9 paid company holidays.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and supplementary benefit plans.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
  • Remote, home-based work arrangement within the United States.
  • Preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central Time Zones.
  • Occasional business travel.
  • Access to technology and professional growth opportunities.
  • Opportunities to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on high-impact GTM transformation initiatives.
  • A collaborative, inclusive environment focused on innovation, employee development, and meaningful business impact.
