  • Provide project-specific customer training and technical guidance while supporting tendering, commercial activities, demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction through responsive communication, effective technical leadership, and professional project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience designing Digital Protection & Control Systems or Energy Management Solutions for utility and industrial customers, ideally within Grid Automation.
  • Relevant experience with Electric Power Distribution Automation, Process Bus, Substation Digitization, Monitoring & Diagnostics, Asset Performance Management (APM), Device Management (DvM), and/or Cybersecurity Management.
  • Strong technical expertise in designing and programming electrical control systems, including SCADA/HMI, industrial cybersecurity, network equipment, IEC 61850, firewalls, and related technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of automation and electrical control systems, SCADA/DCS environments, networking architectures, and industrial communication protocols.
  • Knowledge of smart grid technologies and renewable energy integration, with familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Grid Automation.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting technical solutions to customers and supporting demonstrations, pilots, or proof-of-concept activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license and relevant technical certifications, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Certified Protection Professional, are preferred.
