Accountabilities:

  • Provide protective services, secure transportation, logistics support, and other executive security assistance as directed by leadership.
  • Support domestic and international travel and public engagements, ensuring appropriate security planning and risk mitigation are in place.
  • Coordinate security operations for conferences, meetings, special events, and other large-scale corporate activities.
  • Partner with event planners, internal security teams, external providers, local law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate effective security coverage.
  • Conduct security audits and inspections to assess compliance with internal policies and applicable industry standards.
  • Implement, monitor, and support security technologies and surveillance systems designed to strengthen the overall security posture.
  • Deliver employee training and guidance on security best practices, emergency response, and situational awareness.
  • Manage designated elements of the broader Protective Services program and execute initiatives assigned by leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, Facilities, Site Security leadership, and other stakeholders on security matters and organizational initiatives.
  • Prepare after-action reports for executive protection activities, special events, security operations, and other assignments, documenting lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects, maintaining clear communication and timely delivery of agreed objectives.
  • Rapidly deploy to locations requiring additional security resources in response to urgent incidents, emerging threats, or crises.
  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, professionalism, discretion, and integrity across all protective services activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related discipline, or at least 10 years of relevant law enforcement or military experience.
  • Previous executive protection experience, preferably supporting high-profile individuals or senior executives.
  • Ability and legal authorization to carry a concealed firearm and meet applicable LEOSA eligibility requirements.
  • Successful completion of a Fitness for Duty examination.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting security operations at large-scale events.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, with travel expected to average approximately 40–60% depending on business requirements.
  • Ability to rapidly deploy and provide security support in response to urgent or emerging needs.
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies, surveillance systems, and related protective security tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
  • Exceptional discretion and ability to protect confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational requirements.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods when required.
  • Successful completion of required background and drug screening.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • This role involves access to U.S. export-controlled information; candidates must meet applicable U.S. person requirements or otherwise be eligible to obtain the necessary government authorization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external security partners, law enforcement, and emergency response organizations.
Benefits:
  • Base salary range of $133,000–$212,000 USD per year, with actual compensation determined by experience, education, skills, responsibilities, and other relevant factors.
  • Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on applicable compensation plans.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
  • Programs supporting physical, emotional, financial, and social well-being.
