Job Description
Join a welcoming Auburn nonprofit that supports adults with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will help keep essential payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative processes accurate and on schedule while contributing to work that improves the lives of others. We offer a flexible schedule determined at the time of hire, a supportive work environment, a recently updated office, and a workspace with a window.
This position is scheduled for 32 hours per week and includes payroll processing and HRIS administration in ADP; accounts payable and accounts receivable in QuickBooks; reconciliations; and other administrative duties. Candidates seeking fewer than 32 hours per week may also be considered.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive Wages: The starting wage is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, with potential bonuses.
- Flexible Work Schedule: The schedule will be determined at the time of hire. Depending on job performance and operational needs, the position may eventually include some remote work, along with a cellphone and internet stipend.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least two years of bookkeeping experience, relevant education, or a combination of both; experience with QuickBooks and ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable.
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass Washington State and FBI fingerprint-based background checks. See WAC 388-113-0020 for a list of disqualifying crimes; not all convictions are disqualifying.
