What You'll Do:
Responsible for first-level support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related applications.
Provides helpdesk support, resolves user issues, and contributes to continuous improvement through trend analysis.
- Monitor and manage incoming helpdesk tickets related to Business Central and associated systems.
- Provide first-level support for user questions, errors, and troubleshooting.
- Document, categorize, and resolve tickets in accordance with IT policies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior consultants when required.
- Assist users with Business Central processes across Finance, Operations, and Service.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support creation of knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT team members and business users across departments.
- Supports users across multiple subsidiaries and departments.
Education & Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in IT support or ERP systems.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems preferred.
