Accountabilities:

  • Translate strategic roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities, identifying execution gaps and ensuring activity remains connected to agreed growth objectives.
  • Monitor performance across DTC, retail media, and Amazon ecosystems, identifying cross-channel trends, opportunities, and potential areas of channel conflict or cannibalization.
  • Advise clients on channel mix and investment allocation across DTC, retail, and Amazon, incorporating retail dynamics, product launches, Amazon performance, and broader omnichannel considerations.
  • Coordinate paid media, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams around unified account strategies and shared growth objectives.
  • Partner with Account Directors on quarterly strategy development, renewal preparation, service expansion opportunities, and longer-term growth planning.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships while contributing to strong account retention and revenue growth.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and internal intelligence platforms daily to analyze performance, identify issues proactively, accelerate workflows, and improve strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain consistent performance-management cadences and contribute to key business metrics including client retention, net recurring revenue, client satisfaction, service expansion, and professional certification.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in CPG, eCommerce, retail marketing, or a closely related field, including responsibility for day-to-day client relationships.
  • Working knowledge of the CPG channel ecosystem, including direct-to-consumer, retail media, and Amazon, with familiarity with concepts such as ASIN architecture, sponsored versus organic performance, and retail partner dynamics.
  • Practical understanding of omnichannel measurement, including Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and other approaches used to evaluate cross-channel performance.
  • Cross-channel fluency across paid media, SEO, content, and influencer marketing, with the ability to recognize how different disciplines interact and identify when performance or strategy is misaligned.
  • Strong ability to translate complex marketing data and channel dynamics into clear, actionable narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting and communicating with Director- and VP-level stakeholders, including clients with established brand perspectives and strong opinions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and coordinate specialists around a unified client growth strategy.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic-thinking skills, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Comfortable working in a technology-enabled environment and using AI tools and performance intelligence platforms as part of the daily marketing workflow.
Benefits
