Job Description
Job role: School Registrar
Salary: $40,000 per year
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm including unpaid ½ hour lunch
Office Location: Bethlehem, PA. Scheduled hours include weekly travel in Southeastern PA region with mileage reimbursement provided.
Position Summary:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented person with strong communication skills? Do you like working with educational records? If so, Buxmont Academy is seeking you! Our new registrar will work closely with our 6 school campuses by maintaining accurate academic records and continuing close relationships with current referral sources.
Registrar’s responsibilities include:
- Maintain school records and transcripts for current and former students.
- Assist with current educational software systems (Rediker, Edgenuity, IEP Writer).
- Coordinate school standardized testing programs.
- Manage forms, reports, etc. including those related to the National School Lunch Program and PA Private School Licensing.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred.
- Exceptional language skills to read and interpret documents and ability to write reports
and correspondence. - Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining school records and confidential materials.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding
communication skills. - Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SharePoint and Teams. IEP Writer a plus.
- Capacity to learn and demonstrate understanding of the reasoning behind our
organization's academic practices and needs.
