QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as a Foreman or Project LeadExperience in foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, or concrete lifting preferredPrior experience installing Helical/Push Piers and/or Pin Piles a plusStrong communication skills — ability to motivate, delegate, and hold a team accountableBasic construction or mechanical knowledge with hands-on equipment experienceAble to read and interpret engineering plans and job specificationsComfortable using mobile technology — phones, apps, and tablets — for project managementFluent in English (spoken, written); Spanish is a plusHigh school diploma or GED preferredValid driver’s license or CDL with a clean driving recordMust meet company vehicle insurance requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lift and carry materials up to 50lbs regularlyStand, walk, and perform strenuous labor for extended periodsWork in small or tight enclosed spaces such as crawlspaces and basementsWork outdoors in all weather conditions

COMPENSATION

Competitive pay: $26-$35/hr DOE ($80,000-$140,000+ potential annual earnings with overtime and bonuses)
