This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Member Growth Operations Associate Manager based in United States.

This is a hands-on operations role supporting member communications across email, SMS, direct mail, and other campaign channels.
You’ll help launch, maintain, and improve campaigns while ensuring every detail is accurate, compliant, and ready for delivery.
The role combines campaign execution, quality assurance, project coordination, and process improvement in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll work across interconnected systems and collaborate with marketing, data, implementation, and other cross-functional partners.
You’ll take independent ownership of assigned workflows while providing flexible coverage as team priorities and volumes change.
Success requires curiosity, strong organization, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they affect a launch.
This is an opportunity to build scalable operational practices while contributing to communications that support members throughout their care journey.

Accountabilities
  • Build, update, and maintain email templates and campaign assets in Braze for new client launches and ongoing member communications.

  • Execute comprehensive quality assurance across email, SMS, direct mail, and related workflows, reviewing content, links, personalization, audience criteria, client-specific language, and technical configurations.

  • Execute direct mail campaigns through PostGrid and Cornerstone, coordinating proofs, production schedules, approvals, and vendor handoffs.

  • Translate approved custom communication requests into actionable campaign plans, configurations, and QA processes.

  • Document issues, communicate potential risks early, and strengthen quality-control processes based on recurring issues and lessons learned.

  • Support new client launches by preparing campaign playbooks, email and direct mail Canvases, launch configurations, and operational readiness checks.

  • Coordinate file-ingestion requirements, data validation, and syncing into Braze alongside implementation, data, and marketing operations stakeholders.

  • Track dependencies, handoffs, project plans, and deadlines to ensure campaigns and launches progress smoothly.

  • Provide backup coverage across different team workflows and independently manage assigned campaigns or processes from intake through completion.

  • Maintain client-level content management language (CML) updates and an accurate, organized, scalable Braze catalog.

  • Process Do Not Contact requests across channels, ensuring member opt-outs are documented, validated, and applied accurately and promptly.

  • Maintain operational documentation, playbooks, and sources of truth so workflows can be consistently supported and transferred across the team.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, accuracy, and scalability, including through effective use of AI tools.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, project management, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated project management experience, including coordinating dependencies, managing multiple deadlines, and driving work through completion.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach to quality assurance.

  • Ability to quickly learn technical systems, interconnected workflows, and new operational processes.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic context with hands-on execution and moving between different communication channels and systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment around clarifying requirements and escalating risks early.

  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt when business needs, campaign volumes, or team priorities change.

  • Proactive use of AI tools to improve individual productivity and operational efficiency.

  • Preferred: Experience with Braze or another customer engagement platform.

  • Preferred: Experience creating or editing email templates, including familiarity with HTML and dynamic personalization.

  • Preferred: Experience executing direct mail campaigns or working with print and fulfillment vendors.

  • Preferred: Familiarity with audience segmentation, eligibility or member data files, campaign suppression rules, and data validation.

  • Preferred: Experience with tools such as Asana, Notion, Jira, Google Workspace, or Chamaileon.

  • Preferred: Experience working in healthcare, benefits, or another regulated environment.

  • Strong ownership, initiative, adaptability, transparency, and collaborative judgment.

  • Ability to prioritize meaningful impact, work without ego, incorporate evidence into decisions, and iterate quickly.

Benefits
  • Compensation: $84,000–$110,000 annual salary, with starting compensation determined by location, qualifications, and experience.

  • Equity and bonus opportunities.

  • Remote-first work environment with team members distributed across multiple locations.

  • Office hubs available in Denver and San Francisco.

  • Opportunities to work on meaningful initiatives supporting members and healthcare outcomes.

  • A culture emphasizing ownership, transparency, collaboration, evidence-based decision-making, continuous learning, and positive impact.

  • Access to professional tools and systems that support flexible, cross-functional campaign operations.

  • Training and support around security and privacy practices when working with sensitive patient information.
