Description:

SunArch Academy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Therapist to join our behavioral health team. This flexible position is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about supporting youth while maintaining a schedule that works around other professional or personal commitments.

As a PRN Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to residents in a structured, supportive environment and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on each resident’s emotional, behavioral, and social development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on resident needs
  • Complete assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support emotional and behavioral growth
  • Help residents develop healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, and positive interpersonal relationships
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, nursing, leadership, and families to support continuity of care
  • Participate in treatment team discussions as needed
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation
  • Follow all facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements: Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Current Nevada licensure or clinical internship status, such as CSW-I/LCSW, MFT-I/LMFT, CPC-I/CPC, or equivalent
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, at-risk youth, or behavioral health populations strongly preferred
  • Experience in a residential, psychiatric, PRTF, or similar treatment setting is a plus
  • Strong therapeutic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
  • Strong documentation, organization, and collaboration skills
