Clinical Assistant - LPN or CMA in Washington, Indiana at Daviess Community Hospital

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and clinic policies, procedures and standards of care. Communicates with provider and team members concerning patient's clinical status, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology

• Current and active Indiana licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant certification (CMA)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education for licensure/certification.
• Must practice strictly within the legal scope defined by applicable Indiana practice acts and certifying bodies.
