Erie Industrial Products is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as General Laborers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn new skills, and is looking to build experience in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with general production and manufacturing operations
Perform basic assembly, material handling, and production tasks
Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products
Operate basic tools and production equipment after training
Inspect parts and products for quality
Follow work instructions and production requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
