Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SI and Audit Firm Alliances Manager based in United States.
This is a senior strategic partnerships role focused on building and scaling relationships across systems integrators and enterprise-focused audit firms.
You will own high-value partner ecosystems and embed the company’s solutions into advisory, implementation, and audit practices.
The role combines alliance management, revenue generation, co-selling, partner enablement, and strategic business development.
You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to create repeatable partner motions and accelerate enterprise growth.
You will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior partner stakeholders while helping deliver strong audit and advisory outcomes for shared customers.
The position offers significant influence across a growing dual-ecosystem alliance function, with opportunities to shape strategy and establish scalable best practices.
This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially driven partnerships leader with strong GRC expertise and experience navigating complex enterprise relationships.
- Own and expand relationships with strategic, enterprise-focused audit firm partners, developing joint business plans and serving as a senior escalation point for complex audits and strategic partner initiatives.
- Build and grow a network of systems integrator partners, embedding solutions into their advisory and implementation practices and creating new partner-sourced revenue opportunities.
- Drive partner-sourced and co-sell revenue by aligning enterprise sales teams with audit firm and SI partners and advancing opportunities from initial introduction through close.
- Develop repeatable co-selling programs covering partner enablement, deal registration, pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity coordination across both ecosystems.
- Act as a product advocate, educating partners on relevant solutions and helping them identify the right capabilities for their customers’ needs.
- Partner with Customer Success to maintain high-quality audit experiences, monitor audit-related customer satisfaction, and identify and resolve recurring friction points.
- Enable audit firms and SI partners on product roadmaps, best practices, and evolving capabilities while representing partner needs internally across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Design and implement onboarding programs for new partners, measure their effectiveness, and use performance insights to guide future alliance investments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on alliance strategy, strategic deals, partner-led pitches, and executive briefings.
- Contribute to the evolution of the broader partnership and ecosystem strategy, including the development and scaling of the SI and advisory motion.
- 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, business development, or audit-led go-to-market roles within B2B SaaS or large professional services organizations.
- Demonstrated direct sales, quota-carrying, or business development experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the GRC landscape and familiarity with audit, compliance, risk, or security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX.
- Proven ability to influence revenue outcomes through partner relationships, referrals, co-selling, and ecosystem development.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, including partners, principals, enterprise decision-makers, and other executive-level contacts.
- Background with a Big 4 or large national audit firm, or experience in a strategic role within a global systems integrator, ideally with exposure to commercial and co-sell motions.
- Experience working alongside enterprise SaaS sales organizations and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence effectively without direct authority.
- Self-starter mentality and strong resourcefulness, with the ability to operate independently, manage revenue responsibility, and establish best practices in an evolving alliance environment.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity while balancing long-term partnership strategy with hands-on execution and commercial results.
- Expected on-target earnings of $170,000–$260,000, with actual base pay determined by factors including location, knowledge, skills, experience, and role alignment.
- Additional equity opportunity designed to provide meaningful ownership and participation in organizational success.
- Up to 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees and dependents.
- Comprehensive wellness benefits and healthcare concierge services.
- 401(k) plan, company-paid life and disability insurance, tax-advantaged spending accounts, and discounted voluntary benefits.
- Paid parental leave after six months of employment, along with fertility and family-building support and dedicated leave specialists.
- Annual professional and personal development stipends and access to internal learning opportunities.
- Flexible vacation policy and paid holidays to support work-life balance and time away from work.
- Opportunity to work on complex problems at the intersection of AI, security, governance, risk, and continuous compliance.
- High ownership and visibility within a rapidly scaling organization, with opportunities to shape alliance strategy and expand your scope as the business grows.
- Global, collaborative working environment with strong emphasis on integrity, ownership, diverse perspectives, and continuous improvement.
