  • Facilitate regular customer meetings and business reviews, providing transparency around project status, milestones, deliverables, risks, and next steps.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and maintain a consistently positive customer experience that supports satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer enablement tools, resources, and supporting materials.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology and industry trends while developing a deep understanding of customer business objectives to support long-term customer success.
Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a technical discipline, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Previous experience managing technical resources, overseeing project finances, and supporting the creation of Statements of Work or similar contractual documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop upsell or expansion opportunities within existing customer relationships.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, particularly within software implementation or technology delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical stakeholders and executive-level customers.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and other technical and business functions.
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong delivery, satisfaction, and retention outcomes.
