Job Description

The Executive Operations & Strategic Integration Lead serves as a senior advisor and principal integration partner to the Government Program Manager for a portfolio of highly technical, rapidly evolving capabilities. Operating in a Chief of Staff-type capacity, this role maintains comprehensive awareness of program priorities, activities, engagements, decisions, and emerging issues to ensure Government leadership has the information and context necessary to effectively lead the organization. The Lead works across technical teams, operational stakeholders, contractors, and senior Government leadership to connect activities, anticipate leadership requirements, drive follow-through, and maintain alignment across the portfolio. This position requires exceptional judgment, organizational awareness, and the ability to operate independently in a complex DoD environment.

Essential Responsibilities:


Executive & Strategic Integration
• Serve as a trusted senior advisor to the Government Program Manager, maintaining awareness of priorities, engagements, decisions, commitments, and ongoing activities.
• Anticipate leadership requirements and ensure the Program Manager is prepared for key meetings, briefings, decisions, and stakeholder engagements.
• Maintain an integrated understanding of technical, operational, intelligence, and programmatic activities across the portfolio.
• Identify emerging issues, risks, dependencies, and decisions requiring Government leadership attention.
• Translate leadership priorities and direction into coordinated actions and ensure appropriate follow-through.
Operational Coordination & Decision Support
• Serve as a central integration point across Government leadership, technical teams, operational stakeholders, contractors, and partner organizations.
• Track significant activities, milestones, decisions, risks, and external dependencies to maintain an accurate executive-level operating picture.
• Develop and coordinate executive briefings, read-aheads, talking points, assessments, and decision-support materials.
• Synthesize complex technical and operational information into concise recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support coordination and transition of rapidly developed capabilities into enduring operational environments.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain effective relationships across DoD, Intelligence Community, technical, and operational organizations.
• Participate in senior-level meetings and working groups alongside or on behalf of the Program Manager, as appropriate.
• Facilitate communication and resolution of cross-organizational issues affecting program priorities and execution.

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Twenty (20) years of progressively responsible experience supporting complex DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government missions.
• Significant experience supporting senior military, Government, or executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain situational awareness across multiple complex activities and provide executive-level decision support.
• Experience coordinating across technical, operational, intelligence, and leadership stakeholders.
• Strong executive briefing, written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated judgment, discretion, initiative, and ability to operate independently in classified environments.
• Active TS/SCI w/ current CI poly

Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Strategic Intelligence, National Security, or a related discipline.
• Prior military officer experience with senior leadership or staff responsibilities.
• Experience supporting U.S. Cyber Command, cyberspace operations, information warfare, or advanced capability development.
• Experience in strategic planning, intelligence support to operations, or capability transition.
• Experience serving in Chief of Staff, Executive Officer, Operations Officer, Deputy Director, or comparable leadership/integration roles.
• Experience coordinating across DoD, Intelligence Community, Combatant Command, or Service organizations.
