Art Instructor/Case Manager for Sophie’s Art Gallery in El Cajon, California at St. Madeleine Sophie's Center

Perform duties under the direct supervision of the Art Program Manager. Works directly with adults with developmental disabilities by providing daily training and instruction in assigned curriculum. Instructs program participants in various medium (such as painting, drawing, sculpture, sewing, printmaking, crafts, mosaics, jewelry, and digital art) by performing the duties identified below. Instruct in-person studio classes and virtually though various alternative services. Performs all duties of a case manager for Art Program

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal, written, typing and proof-reading skills

· Knowledge of office management systems/procedures and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or related software

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

· Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22.

· Able to speak a second language, is definite plus.
