Jeweler - Goldsmith in West Hollywood, California at Crystalarium

At Crystalarium, every stone has its own character—and we’re looking for a skilled Jewelry Fabricator/Goldsmith who enjoys creating jewelry that brings that character to life. This is an on-site, part-time position, 2–3 days per week, with flexible scheduling.

We’re a small jewelry business specializing in unique colored gemstones and natural crystals. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, with room for creativity and the tools and resources to bring original designs to life. All of our jewelry is hand-fabricated; we do not use casting.

If you enjoy working with unusual stones, solving fabrication challenges, and seeing a piece through from start to finish, we’d love to see your work. There is potential to grow into full-time employment based on mutual interest and business needs.

Please be prepared to share at least five images of your jewelry fabrication work, ideally showing complete pieces and stone-setting skills.

$27 - $30 hourly

• Hand-fabricate one-of-a-kind rings, pendants, and other jewelry in silver and gold.

• Prepare and form metal through melting, rolling, and wire drawing.

• Create secure custom settings that complement uniquely shaped gemstones and natural crystals.

• Complete soldering and stone setting with precision and care.

• Bring each piece to a finished polish and perform select repairs and ring sizing.

• Work with our small team to solve fabrication challenges, share ideas, and keep projects moving.

• At least 2 years of hands-on jewelry fabrication experience.

• Experience working with silver and gold, including soldering and stone setting.

• Ability to hand-fabricate complete jewelry pieces from start to finish.

• A careful eye for detail and confidence handling delicate or unconventional gemstones and crystals.

• A creative approach to solving fabrication challenges.

• Good organizational skills and a collaborative, considerate approach to working with others.

• Availability to work on-site 2–3 days per week.
