Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) assistant(e)-gérant(e) opticien(ne) pour se joindre à notre équipe de Saint-Lambert.
Tu es opticien(ne), tu aimes autant le service à la clientèle que la gestion et le développement d’une équipe? Tu souhaites prendre davantage de responsabilités et contribuer directement au succès d’une clinique? Cette opportunité pourrait être pour toi!
Ton rĂ´le :
• Soutenir la gérante dans les opérations quotidiennes de la clinique
• Mobiliser et accompagner l’équipe dans l’atteinte des objectifs
• Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle
• Conseiller les patients et effectuer les tâches professionnelles liées au rôle d’opticien(ne)
• Participer au suivi des ventes, de la conversion et des différents objectifs de la clinique
• Contribuer à maintenir une organisation efficace et une belle dynamique d’équipe
• Prendre le relais de la gestion lorsque nécessaire
Nous recherchons quelqu’un qui :
• Est membre de l’Ordre des opticiens d’ordonnances du Québec
• Possède un bon leadership et aime travailler en équipe
• Est organisé(e), autonome et orienté(e) solutions
• A un excellent sens du service à la clientèle
• Souhaite évoluer vers davantage de responsabilités en gestion

We are looking for an assistant manager (optician) to join our team in Saint-Lambert.
Are you an optician who enjoys customer service as much as managing and developing a team? Do you want to take on more responsibilities and contribute directly to the success of a clinic? This opportunity could be for you!
Your role:
• Support the manager in the clinic’s day-to-day operations
• Motivate and guide the team in achieving their goals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Advise patients and perform professional duties related to the role of an optician
• Help track sales, conversion rates, and the clinic’s various goals
• Help maintain an efficient organization and a positive team dynamic
• Take over management duties when necessary
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is a member of the Ordre des opticiens d’ordonnances du Québec
• Has strong leadership skills and enjoys working as part of a team
• Is organized, self-reliant, and solution-oriented
• Has an excellent sense of customer service
• Wants to take on greater management responsibilities
