Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready for a role where every day brings something different?is seeking a Production Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, product fabrication, shipping and receiving, and customer-site service. In this hands-on position, you will help move materials, prepare customer orders, fabricate and repair conveyor belting products, and support installations. Your work will contribute directly to quality, safety, inventory accuracy, and reliable customer service.
Distributes, fabricates, and installs conveyor belting, conveyor components, hose and rubber products, and power transmission solutions. The company serves customers across a variety of industrial markets, including manufacturing, food processing, material handling, packaging, and pharmaceutical operations

What You’ll Do: Keep Warehouse Operations Moving

  • Distribute, fabricate, and install conveyor belting, conveyor components, hose and rubber products, and power transmission solutions.
  • The company serves customers across a variety of industrial markets, including manufacturing, food processing, material handling, packaging, and pharmaceutical operations
  • Organize inventory and maintain orderly stock areas.
  • Pick, stage, and prepare materials for customer orders and internal production.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipment information.
  • Communicate shortages, overages, substitutions, and other shipment discrepancies to leadership.

Support Accurate, On-Time Shipping

  • Package and ship products according to company procedures.
  • Confirm order accuracy and verify shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight providers, and couriers.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and return records.

Develop Hands-On Production Skills

  • Fabricate, assemble, and repair conveyor belts and related components.
  • Install conveyor belts and perform lightweight belt vulcanization in the shop and at customer locations.
  • Assist with conveyor-system repairs and maintenance.
  • Follow measurements and specifications to produce quality work.

Make Safety and Professionalism a Priority

  • Follow established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Represent professionally when working with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Support additional business needs as assigned.
Requirements:

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
  • Ability to read and verify measurements accurately using a tape measure.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment screenings, including background and drug testing.

Experience That Can Help You Succeed

  • The following experience is preferred but not listed as required:
  • Forklift operation.
  • Conveyor belting, fabrication, industrial maintenance, or related work.
  • Warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operations.
