Description: Automotive Valet/Porter

As a Valet / Porter, you will be one of the first people our service customers interact with when they arrive at the dealership. You will help create a welcoming and efficient service experience by greeting customers, assisting with vehicle flow, and supporting our Service Advisors and technicians throughout the day.

  • Promptly greet customers as they arrive in the Service Department
  • Welcome customers and connect them with the appropriate Service Advisor
  • Safely move and park customer vehicles throughout the dealership
  • Install protective floor and seat coverings in customer vehicles
  • Assist with positioning vehicles in the service lane and preparing them for the service process
  • Help maintain an organized service lane and keep vehicle traffic moving efficiently
  • Communicate with Service Advisors and other team members regarding customer and vehicle needs
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Service Department
  • Treat customer vehicles with care and respect
As a Performance Team Member, You Will:

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable
  • Ability to safely operate and park a variety of vehicles
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors throughout the workday
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
