As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Interacting with field service technicians, installers, superintendents regarding warranty issues.

• Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
