Join Our Team as a Quality Records Auditor at AFP Advanced Food Products LLC!
Assisting quality control, processing, and packaging supervisors in maintaining product quality and aseptic sterility, ensuring all production meets food safety, regulatory standards, and customer specifications.
A Day in the Life | Responsibilities We Trust You With:

• Review processing records daily to ensure proper manufacturing procedures are followed• Verify aseptic sterility of products and ensure product specifications are met
• Ensure proper documentation of on-line processing records
• Alert operations and supervisors when deviations/errors are identified.
• Communicate with process authorities as required
• Review post-incubation records and data to ensure specifications are met
• Release product in SAP after satisfactory review of records
• File all released production records
• Facilitate and train First Responders training.
• Participates in R&D activities, including development of specifications, Master Batch Records (MBRs), and thermal process filings.
• Handles confidential information, legal documents, and business-sensitive data.
• Flexibility with work schedule is required. This will include working varied hours and weekends as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in food science or similar discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Aseptic processing experience, Statistical Process Control and/or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Self-motivation and safety awareness.
Skills
• Strong problem-solving skills for long-term issue resolution
• Intermediate computer proficiency, specifically in spreadsheet and database management is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare written documentation
This position is located in an office at a manufacturing plant. Work is performed both in the office and in the plant. Conditions in the plant can be hot and proper PPE is required
