- Experience with operational metrics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, or analytics tools)
- Strong written communication skills with a preference for clear, structured asynchronous collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, systems, or workflows in previous roles
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, and operational design
- Strong organizational skills with high ownership, initiative, and ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
- Ability to balance speed and quality while making sound judgment calls on trade-offs and risks
- Experience in global or distributed environments is a strong advantage
- Fully remote, global-first working environment with flexibility to work from anywhere
- Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market benchmarks
- Flexible working hours and strong async-first culture supporting work-life balance
- Generous paid time off and parental leave policies
- Learning and development budget to support professional growth
- Home office setup and equipment support
- Mental health and wellbeing resources
