Head of Marketing Neuromodulation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Marketing – Neuromodulation based in Ireland.

This is a senior regional leadership role at the intersection of medical innovation, clinical strategy, and high-impact marketing within the neuromodulation space. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a therapy-focused marketing strategy across Northern Europe, driving both commercial growth and clinical adoption of advanced implantable technologies. The role combines strategic leadership, team development, and deep collaboration across sales, clinical, regulatory, and market access functions. You will play a pivotal role in transforming marketing into a central growth engine aligned with global priorities. Operating in a highly regulated MedTech environment, you will translate clinical evidence into compelling value propositions that resonate with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders. This is a highly visible position with direct influence on regional performance and long-term therapeutic strategy.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and execute the Northern Europe marketing strategy in alignment with global neuromodulation priorities, ensuring strong regional growth and executional excellence.
  • Drive the transformation toward a centralized, therapy-focused marketing model with clear accountability, structure, and strategic alignment.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing multi-country marketing team, strengthening capabilities in product and clinical marketing.
  • Define and deliver regional launch strategies for neuromodulation products, ensuring strong market penetration and adoption.
  • Translate clinical evidence, innovation, and therapy insights into differentiated, compliant, and compelling value propositions.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Reimbursement teams to support commercial execution, evidence generation, and market access.
  • Represent the organization externally by engaging with key opinion leaders, congresses, and customer stakeholders across the region.
  • Contribute to broader OUS marketing initiatives and cross-regional strategic projects as required.

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in medical device marketing, with mandatory exposure to implantable technologies.
  • Strong background in neuromodulation, neuro, cardio, or related implantable therapy areas within MedTech environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-country teams and driving regional marketing performance.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional strategies and complex product launch programs.
  • Strong understanding of clinical pathways, evidence-based marketing, and healthcare reimbursement dynamics.
  • Experience operating in highly regulated, matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders, including clinical experts and KOLs.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate clinical data into commercial value.
