About the Role:

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of orders. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to all bar lab policies and procedures, sanitation standards, safety policies, and alcohol control policies.
• Stay updated on current menu items, additions, and available modifications.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery.
• Process payments and provide correct change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
