Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Superstar: Develop and manage schedules to ensure our nursing department is fully staffed based on budget and census.
- Communication Pro: Answer calls from employees and applicants, prepare written correspondence, and coordinate interviews.
- Problem Solver: Address staff call-ins and consult with nursing staff to eliminate problem areas and improve services.
- Record Keeper: Assist in documenting attendance and tardiness for performance management.
- Reliable Team Member: Ensure punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.
What We're Looking For:
- Effective Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and all levels of the organization.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.

Requirements:Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licenses/Certification
- None required.
Experience
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
