Job Summary:
GM Holdings is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Assistant to support the Human Resources department with administrative and recruitment-related functions while ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Prepare and organize new hire documentation and personnel files.
• Respond to routine inquiries from applicants and employees regarding policies, benefits, and hiring procedures.
• Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related HR experience.
• Working knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
