Job Summary

• . Manage the School’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram);
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of the monthly newsletter;
• Support the design of promotional materials, including social media graphics, posters, and event materials for the Élisabeth-Bruyère School of Social Innovation, the Ateliers, and CRITS;
• Contribute to the School’s communication and outreach activities.

Job description

• Draft and adapt content for social media platforms;
• Create and edit promotional visuals and graphics;
• Support the promotion of conferences, workshops, colloquia, and other School events;
• Organize and update communication materials as needed.

Who is eligible

Saint Paul University students with relevant experience.

Language requirements

• English reading, speaking, and writing.
• French reading, speaking, and writing.

Statement of Qualifications

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and outreach skills (essential);
• Self-directedness with strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills (essential);
• Proficiency with visual design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent) (essential);
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Other qualifications

• Previous experience in communications, social media management, graphic design, or related areas is considered an asset.

August 1, 2026 (or shortly thereafter)
