This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounts payable professional to join a fast-growing, fully remote organization focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. In this role, you will manage high-volume invoice processing, maintain vendor relationships, and help optimize financial operations across multiple business functions. Working closely with Accounting, Finance, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records and timely payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This position offers the chance to contribute to process enhancements while developing your expertise within a collaborative and supportive remote team.
- Process and review high volumes of inventory and operating expense invoices accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Manage vendor onboarding, invoice coding, approvals, credit memos, and master data maintenance within financial systems.
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, resolve payment issues, and respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports, identify outstanding issues, and proactively drive timely resolution.
- Review marketing-related expenses and cost trackers to ensure billing accuracy and proper financial documentation.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and other departments to improve accounts payable workflows, strengthen internal processes, and support additional accounting projects as needed.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of accounts payable or invoice processing experience within a manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, or high-growth eCommerce environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ExFlow is required.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice matching, reconciliations, vendor management, and financial controls.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, hands-on approach to supporting business operations.
- Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000 USD
