• Assist members in person, by phone, and online
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions
• Open and maintain accounts
• Process member loans
• Help members with online and digital banking services
• Recommend products and services that fit members' needs
• Balance your cash drawer and maintain accurate records
• Support daily branch operations

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of customer service, cash handling, banking, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build member relationships
