- Supplier Performance: Establish and track supplier KPIs focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality defect rates, and lead-time reductions.
End-user spare parts sales & service
- Direct Customer Sales: Function as the primary commercial contact for machine owners needing replacement elements, seals, gaskets, or system upgrades.
- Uptime Optimization: Create, market, and sell proactive "Critical Spare Parts Kits" to customers at the point of machinery purchase to minimize their future operational downtime.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required education & experience
- Experience: 3+ years of industrial procurement experience, ideally within heavy machinery manufacturing, fluid power, filtration, or industrial processing environments.
- Sales Exposure: 2+ years of experience in technical B2B sales, account management, or customer service dealing directly with end-users.

- Systems Literacy: High proficiency working inside ERP and inventory management software.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and schematics to cross-reference parts.
- Negotiation & Composure: Strong commercial negotiation skills paired with the high empathy and urgency required to assist clients facing equipment downtime.
