Job Summary

We are a premier manufacturer of industrial oil filtration machinery, dedicated to providing high-performance fluid purification systems across global industries. We are seeking a versatile Supply Chain & After Market Sales person to be part of our end-to-end supply chain while spearheading post-sale parts support for our equipment owners.

In this unique hybrid role, you will be responsible for sourcing the high-quality raw materials, hydraulics, piping, and electronic components needed to fabricate our machinery. Additionally, you will serve as a contact for our customers (end-users) for direct sales of replacement parts to keep their filtration systems running at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic sourcing & procurement

  • Vendor & Material Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and audit domestic and international suppliers for heavy fabrication materials, precision pumps, filtration media, valves, and electrical control panels.
  • Contract & Price Negotiation: Issue RFQs, negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and secure volume discounts to lower the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while ensuring strict quality standards. Attend Corporate Supply Chain bi-weekly meetings.
  • Supplier Performance: Establish and track supplier KPIs focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality defect rates, and lead-time reductions.

End-user spare parts sales & service

  • Direct Customer Sales: Function as the primary commercial contact for machine owners needing replacement elements, seals, gaskets, or system upgrades.
  • Uptime Optimization: Create, market, and sell proactive "Critical Spare Parts Kits" to customers at the point of machinery purchase to minimize their future operational downtime.
Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

Required education & experience

  • Experience: 3+ years of industrial procurement experience, ideally within heavy machinery manufacturing, fluid power, filtration, or industrial processing environments.
  • Sales Exposure: 2+ years of experience in technical B2B sales, account management, or customer service dealing directly with end-users.

Technical & soft skills

  • Systems Literacy: High proficiency working inside ERP and inventory management software.
  • Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and schematics to cross-reference parts.
  • Negotiation & Composure: Strong commercial negotiation skills paired with the high empathy and urgency required to assist clients facing equipment downtime.
