As an Executivo de Vendas, you will play a key role in expanding business opportunities within the construction industry by developing relationships with clients and driving commercial growth. You will be responsible for prospecting new customers, managing existing accounts, and delivering solutions aligned with client needs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on innovation, technology, and the transformation of the construction sector. You will combine consultative sales skills, market knowledge, and customer relationship management to achieve ambitious growth objectives. - Prospect and develop new business opportunities through inbound leads, internal channels, construction site visits, industry events, and outbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring account management, loyalty, and effective post-sales support.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate solutions that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, company profiles, and sales opportunities to support future negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, pricing practices, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the regional sales pipeline, tracking orders and revenue performance to achieve established targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and other departments to ensure effective customer service and business continuity.
- Prepare expense reports, travel schedules, and monthly regional performance reports to support commercial operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the construction industry is essential.
- Previous experience in sales prospecting, business development, and customer portfolio management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly, build relationships, and influence stakeholders.
- Resilience and persistence when facing challenges, objections, and changing market conditions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust sales approaches according to customer needs and business priorities.
