Take ownership of the strategy and evolution of a suite of customer-facing digital products that power a growing marketplace. In this senior individual contributor role, you will shape product direction, drive user adoption, and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and continuous experimentation. Working closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and operations teams, you'll identify growth opportunities and translate customer insights into innovative product enhancements. - Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision for multiple customer-facing product experiences.
- Prioritize product initiatives by balancing customer needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and market opportunities.
- Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements through agile and iterative development processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, user workflows, feature adoption, and overall marketplace engagement.
- Establish and monitor key product performance metrics, including user adoption, engagement, conversion, feature utilization, and business outcomes.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives to validate product hypotheses and optimize growth.
- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support product launches, feature adoption, and customer enablement initiatives.
- Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to inform roadmap prioritization and product investment decisions.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and performance insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 6 years of product management experience focused on customer-facing digital products.
- Proven experience driving product growth, product-led growth (PLG), user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Strong background developing and managing product roadmaps across multiple products, platforms, or customer experiences.
- Experience working in agile product development environments with cross-functional engineering and design teams.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, experimentation frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting product metrics, customer behavior, conversion funnels, and feature performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex product concepts into clear business value.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while making strategic decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience within legal technology, regulated industries, or growth-stage organizations is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with legal workflow platforms, electronic filing systems, or practice management software is a plus.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $126,960 to $158,700, depending on experience and qualifications.
