Compensation:$20 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily maintenance schedules to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in tracking equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the mechanics team to prioritize urgent repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
- Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring availability for timely repairs.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols to protect our team and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to relay important updates and changes in maintenance plans.
Qualifications:
- Experience in coordinating maintenance schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including mechanics.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory of parts and supplies efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Excellent communication skills to relay updates and changes in maintenance plans.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools is a plus.
