Job Description
The Inspections Project Coordinator plays a vital role in project-management execution of HySafe's inspections work, from job intake through completion. This role manages scheduling inspection technicians, coordinating equipment, customer communication, and helps keep department SOPs current and followed.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:
- Help manage the inspections project lifecycle; scheduling, execution, and closeout; in accordance with department SOPs
- Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing development of inspection technicians, including new hire interviews and technical skills-building
- Schedule and dispatch inspection technicians; help coordinate travel, lifts, materials, and other job logistics
- Review territory managers and technicians' inspection reports for accuracy and completeness; investigate and escalate any discrepancies (e.g., against third-party load-test data)
- Ensure all inspection work complies with ANSI/OSHA standards and other applicable regulations
- Pull job information for repair work in coordination with Sales Executive
- Participate in updating department SOPs and technical process documentation
- Assist in payroll review for inspection technicians
- Report on operational KPIs to the Inspections Leader
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade training a plus
- Experience with scheduling/inspection software a plus
- Experience with system inspection and repair processes a plus
- 1+ years of experience in field operations, project management, or a related technical role, construction, or industrial services
- Some knowledge of ANSI/OSHA inspection standards, or ability to quickly build that expertise.
- Willing to travel up to 15 – 25% of the time
- Ability to work at heights and pass any required safety certifications for site work.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
