Olgoonik is an Equal Opportunity Employer Overview: Olgoonik is seeking a Warehouse Specialist Lead (PPP&M) to support operations at the DLA Distribution Susquehanna Packaging House. The Warehouse Specialist Lead will oversee the day-to-day activities of an assigned team while also performing hands-on warehouse and PPP&M duties. This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who can lead personnel, organize daily assignments, troubleshoot operational issues, and perform material handling and PPP&M functions in accordance with established DLA procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of an assigned warehouse/PPP&M team.Assist with daily workload planning and assignment of personnel.Provide hands-on leadership and support to ensure workload is completed accurately and efficiently.Perform PPP&M remediation, including repackaging, relabeling, remarking, and correction of identified discrepancies.Verify materials against receiving and other applicable documentation.Identify, document, and report discrepancies, damage, deterioration, or other material issues.Route material to prescribed storage or processing locations.Store, stack, palletize, rearrange, and inventory material in accordance with established procedures.Remove material from storage and prepare it for shipment or onward movement.Stage completed material for return to stock or movement to DDSP outloading.Operate applicable material handling equipment as authorized.Use WMS, DSS, and other Government data systems to process workload and resolve routine system errors.Ensure team members follow established SOPs, safety requirements, quality standards, and PPP&M procedures.Communicate workload status, issues, and production information to the Project Supervisor.Assist with maintaining an organized, safe, and productive work area.Previous warehouse, logistics, material handling, or PPP&M experience.Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate a warehouse team.Working knowledge of warehouse operations, material storage, inventory, and shipment preparation.Ability to use warehouse management and Government logistics systems.Ability to obtain and maintain required installation and systems access.Ability to successfully complete required screening and background requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Assists the Supervisor in scheduling work, responsible for instructing and aiding a group of employees.Performs evaluations and assists the supervisor in maintaining a smooth flow of work and maintains records.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Previous DLA Distribution experience.Experience with DLA WMS/DSS.PPP&M or military packaging experience.Army Pack-1A and Pack-1B training.Experience with material remediation, stock readiness, or packaging discrepancy correction.Experience operating material handling equipment.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Pack-1B certification/training required.
Security Clearance: Position requires U.S. Citizenship, a US Government background check and may require a US Government SECRET Clearance.If SECRET Clearance Level is required, candidate must also:
- Have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.Be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance
