This role sits at the intersection of client success, healthcare operations, and strategic account growth, focused on managing high-value client relationships within a complex, data-driven healthcare environment. You will act as a trusted advisor and key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, issue resolution, and long-term satisfaction. The position combines analytical rigor with strong relationship management, as you will use data insights to improve performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making. Working cross-functionally across operations, product, analytics, and compliance teams, you will help drive process improvements and enhance the overall client experience. This is a highly collaborative role where your work directly impacts client retention, operational excellence, and business growth. - Manage and nurture strategic client relationships, ensuring consistent communication, issue resolution, and escalation management when needed.
- Oversee client support workflows, including tracking, coordinating, and resolving service tickets across internal teams.
- Analyze client data, trends, and performance metrics to generate actionable insights and support strategic recommendations.
- Develop client-facing materials such as reports, presentations, and business updates that clearly communicate value and performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, product, analytics, clinical, and compliance to resolve complex client challenges.
- Support client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in internal and external business reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and account growth.
- Ensure alignment across teams to support successful execution of client programs and long-term retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of experience in account management, client success, healthcare operations, consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong background in managing client relationships and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and evolving environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and business teams.
- Experience in healthcare, particularly with health plans or payment integrity, is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and client experience.
