Job Description

In this role, building and maintaining relationships is vital to your success. This role requires the collection of electronic fund transfer sweeps and delinquent retailer funds. It’s a job that requires outstanding interpersonal skills and knowledge of collections systems and processes.

Veterans, your background in accounting, as well as collection policies, procedures, regulations, and laws, makes you a strong match for this role!
Responsibilities:
- Performs collection duties such as making phone calls, sending emails, creating collection letters, communicating with Sales Reps and other appropriate NCEL departments
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree and 1 year of experience
- Ability to handle difficult phone calls
Hiring Rate: $40,203 (this non-exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)
Closing Date: May 24, 2026
