This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven operations professional to shape and scale a high-impact revenue engine within a fast-growing, mission-driven environment. In this role, you will collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to streamline processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive operational excellence. You’ll play a central role in optimizing workflows, maintaining CRM integrity, and turning business data into actionable insights that support sustainable growth. The position offers a highly collaborative and remote-first culture where innovation, accountability, and customer impact are deeply valued. If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges, building scalable systems, and enabling cross-functional success, this role offers strong ownership and visibility in a dynamic international team.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, document, and optimize revenue operations processes across sales, marketing, and customer success functions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems and RevOps tools, ensuring data quality, seamless integrations, and operational reliability.
  • Build dashboards and analyze funnel performance metrics to provide leadership with strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and customer-facing teams to align revenue goals, KPIs, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Support territory planning, pipeline management, quota setting, and revenue forecasting using data-backed analysis.
  • Develop training materials, process documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational clarity across teams.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvement to increase productivity and support long-term growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role, ideally within SaaS, AI, cloud, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, pipeline management, revenue metrics, and operational reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, along with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with key business metrics including CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance.
  • Proven ability to map, document, and optimize operational workflows across multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is considered an asset.
  • Relevant certifications in RevOps, Salesforce, or HubSpot are a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive full-time remote opportunity available across Europe.
  • Flexible working hours designed to support productivity and work-life balance.
  • Work-from-home flexibility with optional collaboration opportunities in Vienna.
  • Workcation possibilities allowing temporary work from abroad.
  • Company-provided hardware and technology package.
  • Comprehensive team support including counseling and well-being resources.
  • Regular in-person company events and team-building initiatives.
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that positively impacts healthcare innovation and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborative, transparent, and high-performing culture focused on accountability, excellence, and customer impact.
