- Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, developing strategic territory plans to drive customer acquisition, expansion, and long-term retention.
- Build trusted relationships with executive, technical, and business stakeholders through consultative engagement and value-driven conversations.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer objectives, leveraging market analysis and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Position modern software development, AI-powered, DevOps, and DevSecOps solutions to support business transformation and operational efficiency.
- Drive pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance through proactive opportunity management and strategic sales execution.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in technology sales, consultative selling, or related commercial roles within software, SaaS, or cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in mid-market account management, including territory planning, pipeline development, and executive-level relationship building.
- Experience selling DevOps, DevSecOps, AI-powered, or developer-focused solutions within enterprise or mid-market environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate effectively, and drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, digital transformation initiatives, and modern software development practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Experience with forecasting, CRM management, and data-driven sales planning methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Liberal Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business and client needs.
