Job Description

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, inventory accuracy, and smooth daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet operational and customer requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and system updates

  • Track and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or documentation

  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and sales/service teams to align priorities and resolve issues

  • Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and reports in compliance with company and regulatory standards

  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards

  • Maintain customer routing instructions & files

  • Assemble all kit orders

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination experience

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems (WMS/ERP)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements
