• Support preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Monitor evolving regulatory guidance (FASB, SEC, PCAOB) and assess applicability and impact to Arrive AI’s compliance obligations.
• Partner with the CFO and Controller to ensure financial disclosures meet all NASDAQ listing standards.
• Maintain the company’s financial policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Cross-Functional Partnership
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and IT to embed compliance considerations into business processes and system changes.

• Provide compliance guidance on new business initiatives, contracts, and transactions to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Train and educate internal stakeholders on SOX requirements, control responsibilities, and compliance culture.
Risk Management & Ethics
• Contribute to the company’s enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, identifying and monitoring key financial and operational risks.
• Support Arrive AI’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics by reinforcing a culture of accountability and ethical financial practices.
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to anti-bribery and corruption regulations (including FCPA) and other applicable financial laws.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of the company’s Insider Trading Policy and related securities compliance programs.
