Relays incoming and outgoing calls, monitors operations of telephone and paging systems, and ensures that telephone equipment is in working order - reporting any issues,

Monitors emergency alarms, and communicates medical and other information to authorized recipients,

Ability to operate the paging system, sound alarms, and announce medical codes / disasters / other emergencies in accordance with institutional policies,

Works collaboratively on Performance Improvement initiatives to improve the Telecommunications Department for the organization,
