With Purpose, We Blend for People & Planet.
Our actions are going to impact the planet and people on it - if we design like nature and for nature, that impact can be a positive one. That is why we created the Biodiversity+ Design Toolkit.
We are engaged in thought leadership, to change the very nature of “how we do”, “what we do”.

Join the cause, have a spot of tea.
The Logistics department is spearheading a pivotal, end-to-end transformation of the organization's technological infrastructure—anchored in a re-architecture of both the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics Sales) and AI ERP (Microsoft Business Central) systems. This initiative is not merely a systems upgrade, but a strategic recalibration of internal workflows to dynamically align with emergent AI paradigms and future-proof the organization’s backbone.
Over the next six quarters, this tightly integrated team will focus on embedding generative AI capabilities into core logistics functions—shifting from static processes to adaptive, intelligence-led models. The transformation extends beyond software: AI will serve as a catalyst to reimagine the physical and digital interfaces of the warehouse ecosystem, including the orchestration of data flows and operational continuity across our global fulfillment centres. This evolution marks a deliberate shift toward intelligent automation and design-driven systems.
TEALEAVES seeks the highly engaged and intellectually curious.
Our team is composed of ambitious, forward-thinking folks who operate at the intersection of design, sustainability, and systems-level innovation. We are reimagining how modern consumers experience luxury.
This ethos is explored in our fourth documentary In Good Taste, developed in dialogue with global thought-leaders including the UN FAO, Smithsonian, Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Harvard and Cornell - examining how Taste x Design and Responsible Production converge to shape a future of hospitality and consumer experience.
With a strong track-record of cultivating next-gen leaders, we offer a dynamic, concept-driven ecosystem designed for accelerated growth. Associates gain access to a bespoke training pathway - immersive, cross-functional exposure spanning brand strategy, product architecture and design-led innovation.
For those in our Graduate School Prep springboard, four years of tenure becomes a launchpad to top-tier MBA and Masters/Ph.D. programs at prestigious institutions including Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Columbia, Duke and UNC.
We invest deeply in Associates because we understand that true leadership is built through proximity to excellence (mixed in with fun). This strategic fluency, operational rigour and global network can translate into a happy and meaningful career.
