Care Staff and Med Techs – Senior Community

Grand Villa of Englewood is excited to announce the opening of our new memory care unit and is actively recruiting dedicated care staff and medication technicians to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health conditions in accordance with care plans

- Support residents in engaging in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and residents’ health status

- Foster a safe, respectful, and comforting environment for residents and their families

- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive and consistent care delivery

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in senior care, memory care, or healthcare preferred

- Certification as a Medication Technician (Med Tech) or willingness to obtain certification

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards seniors

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare training is a plus
