Job Title: Certified Med Techs & Care Staff

Location: Englewood, FL

Grand Villa of Englewood is seeking dedicated and compassionate Med Techs to join our team at our newly remodeled senior community. We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents, and we invite you to be a part of our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility.

- Administer medications and monitor residents' health as a Med Tech.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

- Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure quality care.

- Document and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Certification as a Resident Care Assistant or Med Tech preferred.

- Previous experience in a senior care or healthcare setting is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
