ATA Services is looking for a part-time Secretary I for our client The Judiciary of the State of Hawaii. Please review the details listed below:

Non-exempt Hourly Pay Rate: $18.53

Location: Remote. Must be in Honolulu area.

Schedule: Flexible. 25. hours a month.

General Job Duties

• Provides overall administrative support for The Judiciary staff
• Processes incoming and outgoing materials such as correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other forms of written communication
• Drafts Letters, memoranda and emails
• Reviews correspondence for completeness and accuracy
• Provides supports to Program Managers for key committee and staff meetings. Takes minutes which may be highly technical and confidential in nature
• Attends meetings, prepares meeting notes, and follows up on action items with appropriate staff members independently
