Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of facility equipment and systems to ensure peak operational performance. Your expertise in both electrical and mechanical maintenance will be vital to supporting our operational excellence and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair irrigation systems and related equipment.
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in collaboration with the team.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment modifications.
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Must read, write and speak English proficiently.
