What We're Looking For

• Strong industry background with one or more domestic OEMs (e.g., Ford, GM, Chrysler).
• Extensive General Manager-level experience, with full P&L responsibility and deep understanding of fixed operations.
• Multi-rooftop leadership experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to build, lead, and retain great teams across multiple locations.
• Proven track record of high sales efficiency and strong service absorption.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow with ownership opportunity.
