Roustabout, Drilling Team at Amplify Energy Services LLC – Long Beach, California

Position Summary:

This position is located on an offshore oil platform in Federal waters off the coast of southern California.

The Roustabout reports to the Rig Team and assists with all duties relating to the crane and the movement of equipment, supplies and people on and off the platform. The Roustabout learns and assists with crane maintenance, crane rigging, and loading and unloading equipment and supplies. The Roustabout also keeps the drilling equipment and area neat, will do all basic labor tasks, assists other personnel with tasks as needed, and learns other positions through cross-training.
You need to be able to work and live as part of a team. Enjoy working outdoors in all weather. Enjoy physical work and not afraid of getting dirty. The foremost duty of the Roustabout is to work safely and in compliance with all Federal, State and Local rules and regulations, as well as all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read, write and speak in English and perform basic math quickly and accurately. Computer literate with experience using MS Office and Outlook; email and internet.
